European Development Agency (EUDA) is a Prague-based private company specialising in accessing and managing European funds. EUDA core activities are project consultation, conceptualization, and management. EUDA assists its clients and partners throughout the projects’ life cycle: writes research-based projects; searches for partners; navigates bureaucratic processes; consults with stakeholders; coordinates projects’ implementation; conducts periodical quality assurance; and produces summative and evaluative reports. To better inform the creation and implementation of the projects, EUDA also performs educational activities; facilitates transfers of know-how via international mobilities; connects diverse stakeholders and mediates their communication.

Abroad, since 2008, EUDA has been expanding its partnerships within EUDA Network. Within its Network, EUDA closely operates with entities from European Union Member States, Eastern Partnership and Western Balkan countries. At home, EUDA team is well versed in programmes like Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens, Visegrad Fund, Interreg Europe, and national Operational Programmes within European Structural and Investment Funds. EUDA has experience in projects on, inter alia: youth, adult, and higher education; Vocational Education and Training; employment; social inclusion; social and technological innovation; sustainable, urban, and regional development.

Staff

Kateřina Janatová

Kateřina joined EUDA in 2017 and works as a project manager. Currently, she focuses not only on grant and subsidy consultancy for public, private and non-profit organisations in the field of non-investment funds but also on implementing international projects. Specifically, she has advanced experience with the implementation of projects co-funded by Erasmus+, Interreg Danube Programme, and Visegrad Fund.

She is also dedicated to the management of different types of projects supported by Czech operational programmes. She specializes mainly in the Operational Programme Prague – Growth Pole of the Czech Republic and the Operational Programme Research, Development and Education.

Kateřina graduated in 2020 in the Public and Social Policy Master programme at Charles University in Prague. Kateřina speaks Czech, English and German.

Martin Rejmíš

Martin Rejmíš is the Managing Director of European Development Agency. He has advanced experience with involving and representing public and private institutions in international funding programmes. Martin is also a versed team leader and highly skilled communicator within the team he coordinates, and also in diverse international project settings. In the 2007-2013 programming period, he worked in the private and non-profit sector.

Martin has been engaged in projects financed by the ESF in the Czech Republic and by international programmes (PROGRESS, Leonardo da Vinci, EEA Grants, Swiss-Czech Cooperation, CEP). In the current period he has added experience in preparing and implementing large individual projects from the ESF, whose recipient is the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. Martin graduated in the European Studies Master programme of Charles University in Prague. Martin speaks Czech, English and French.

Ștefania-Felicia Pavel

Ștefania joined EUDA in 2020, now acting as project manager and partnerships manager of EUDA Network. Ștefania has experience in writing projects for Europe for Citizens, Erasmus+, and Visegrad Grants programmes. She is also involved in the implementation of multiple Erasmus+ projects. Likewise, Ștefania is responsible for the Internationalization process of EUDA. Hereby she works towards creating an international, diversified EUDA promotional portfolio; increasing the visibility of the company in transnational project-making communities; and attracting new partners to EUDA Network.

Ștefania graduated in 2020 from the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree “Vaclav Havel” (CZ, PL, ES) in European Politics and Society. Ștefania worked as conference manager with Munich European Forum and Forum 2000 Foundation. Ștefania has been active in the NGO sector for 12 years now, having worked for and co-founded associations. She completed internships with a Member of the European Parliament; Defence Ministry of the Czech Republic, respectively Presidential Administration of Romania. Ștefania speaks Romanian, English and French.
